From the start of his career at LWT factual to the present day Tom has been central to creating multiple, memorable TV staples.

His first producer role was on ITV's much loved Airline. Soon after his episode of Come Dine With Me secured the series its first RTS Award. He was a producer on the Gogglebox pilot and ran the team as Executive Producer for two years, during which time the series won multiple awards and a BAFTA nomination.

As a freelance show runner Tom produced the BAFTA nominated series 1 of The Rap Game, the award winning Secret life of Five year olds on Holiday, Jason Derulo in BBC Three's Project Icon and he took the unusual factual entertainment gameshow This Is My House from pilot to Friday nights on BBC1.
